Job Description

Job Title: Hydrodynamics Engineer

Location: Remote or Hybrid


We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrodynamics Engineer to join our team at Executive Integrity. As a key member of our marine consultancy, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions in offshore marine operations, hydrodynamics, and maritime engineering.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hydrodynamics and mooring analyses for offshore and floating vessels, including jack-up and floating structures.
  • Develop creative, safe, and efficient solutions to enhance workability in challenging offshore environments.
  • Conduct global performance analysis, vessel motion predictions, and wave load assessments, including slamming and greenwater loads.
  • Oversee anchoring and mooring system designs for projects such as FPSOs, windfloaters, and CALM buoys.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth project execution from tendering to final installation.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: MSc degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Offshore, Maritime, Physics, or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the offshore or maritime sector, with a focus on hydrodynamics and vessel performance.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of floating wind, FPSOs, jack-up structures, and mooring system design. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, for hydrodynamic simulations and automation.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
