We are a nursing home in Hatfield that provides a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. Our home features 118 en-suite rooms, each equipped with the latest amenities to ensure our residents feel comfortable and at ease.
As a Healthcare Support Professional, you will be an integral part of our team, providing personalized care to our residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks such as washing and dressing, supporting with eating and drinking, completing daily care plans, and assisting with mobility.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits including ESAS - Salary Advance, Employee Assistance Programme, Perkbox, Employee of the Month, Long term service awards, Blue Light Card, Professional Development, and Refer a Friend.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be responsive and compassionate, and provide a warm and friendly environment for our residents and staff.
