Post Office Shift Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Shift Leader at our SPAR store in Llanishen Fach. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service in line with POL Agency Minimum Service standards
- Assisting in the development of a motivated and empowered team through a positive management style
- Generating ideas for driving the office and its team forward
- Assisting with staff planning and training
- Using relevant processes and policies to control the security of people, stock, and cash
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and health and safety responsibilities
- Fully engaging in the company's sales strategy
