About the Role
As a Night Guest Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You'll work closely with your team to ensure seamless shifts and deliver outstanding guest experiences every time.
Based in the Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites London Heathrow Bath Road, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and living our brand standards. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a branded environment, is advantageous.
