Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Manager to lead our nursing and residential home. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, while striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and best practice
