We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Learning Disability Support Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
  • Assist individuals in their progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
