Job Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide therapeutic care and support to adults with complex needs and autistic spectrum conditions.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, caring, and resilient, with at least 6 months experience in a social care setting. A current Enhanced DBS is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients with complex needs
  • Assist residents with their daily lives and help them live independently
  • Work as part of a multi-professional team to deliver effective care pathways
