About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Portfolio Manager to join our team in Norwich City Centre. As a key member of our client accounts team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective financial management of client property portfolios and aligning processes across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Charge Management: Understand and stay up-to-date with rules and regulations governing service charges.
  • Compliance Liaison: Work closely with accountants and property managers to ensure compliance with RICS guidelines.
  • New Account Onboarding: Collaborate with partners and senior staff prior to taking on new accounts or properties.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with partners and manage their expectations through regular office visits.
  • Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit annual and quarterly overseas tax reports.

What We Offer
