Norwich-based CV-Library is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant Manager to join their expanding team. As a key member of the team, you'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to clients, while also developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
  2. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Deliver regular management accounts, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Lead and mentor junior staff, developing their skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to plan workflow and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in an accountancy practice, with strong technical accounting skills.
  • Confident using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and build strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £62,500, although this may vary dependant on experience.
