About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Residential Activity Leader to join our team of dedicated professionals working on our UK-based residential young learner courses this Winter.

As a Residential Activity Leader, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities in performing arts, sports, arts and crafts, and large group games and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver activities that promote active participation, engagement, and inclusivity.
  • Ensure student attendance and positive behavior.
  • Lead and supervise study tours, creating a safe and enjoyable offsite learning experience.
  • Assist with pastoral duties, such as house meetings and supervising mealtimes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.

We are looking for candidates who are:

We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with expertise, coaching experience, or a specialist interest in sports, art and design, cookery, photography, or performing arts.
