Warehouse Coordinator Job Description

La Credenza is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and processing stock to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain quality standards for audits.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean and safe working environment, optimize space utilization, and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Communication: Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems, familiarity with warehousing practices and methods, good organizational and time management skills, and team spirit.
  • Language: English and/or Italian speaking, with a driver's license and high school degree.
