Children's Residential Services Director

As the Head of Residential Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing our residential teams, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and support.
We are looking for an experienced and committed individual to oversee our 6 Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding children's homes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential services and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing residential teams to ensure the highest standards of care and support
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people
- Working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless service delivery
SWAAY is committed to providing high-quality residential services for children and young people. We are looking for an individual who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Location: Berkshire and Hampshire (Bracknell, Reading & Farnborough)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
