About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 6 months' paid experience in a care setting is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring, resilient, committed, and reliable.
  • A driver's license and access to own vehicle is essential, with business insurance required.
  • Good professional and personal references.
  • Must live locally and be able to commit to the rota and shifts.
