Job Title: CYP Wellbeing Practitioner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our Community CAMHS Team. As a CYP Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, low-intensity outcome-focused interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based interventions under supervision to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Contribute to the multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with other agencies to support the young person and family.
- Develop and maintain an agreed caseload and contribute to all aspects of team functioning as required.
- Promote emotional health and well-being by implementing child and family-centred approaches within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the resilience of children and their carers.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of CYPIAPT CYP Wellbeing Practitioner training or due to finish shortly.
- Ongoing evidence (video recording) of adherence to evidence-based treatment interventions within supervision.
- A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use (reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010).
