Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pastoral Mentorship Coordinator at Arc Oakbridge School. You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with their social and emotional development and mental wellbeing, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support pupils with their social and emotional development, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individual support plans for pupils, reviewing progress regularly and making adjustments as needed.
- Liaise with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in setting goals and targets.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and attendance, consistently implementing the school's policies and procedures.
- BAQHDBEAEBE (Degree equivalent) in a relevant field or significant experience in a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and external agencies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of child protection.
