About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Dell Rose Court. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensuring the delivery of person-centred care.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and has a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and be able to demonstrate our core values: We care completely, We collaborate proactively, We act with integrity, We pursue better, and We make it happen.
