About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Green Lane View, a 30-flat housing with care scheme in Norwich. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Work closely with the home managers to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Champion residents' independence and provide creative solutions to empower them to make informed choices.
  • Collaborate with community health and social care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You
