We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our digital workplace, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management across our Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence environments.


Jira Service Management Administration:
Configure and manage JSM projects, automating processes and monitoring performance for optimal operations. Develop and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and project templates to enhance user experience and productivity.

Jira Software Administration:
Administer Jira Software for Agile project management, creating reports, dashboards, and metrics for project tracking and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to optimize platform use and performance.

Confluence Administration:
Set up permissions, organize content, and develop templates to ensure secure and efficient collaboration on projects and tasks. Link Confluence with Jira for seamless integration and data integrity across platforms.

Training and Continuous Improvement:
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of digital tools and platforms. Identify and implement improvements to optimize platform use and performance, ensuring a high-performance culture that balances well-being initiatives and benefits.

3+ years of experience managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks. Experience with customising workflows, dashboards, and project templates. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL Foundation Certification; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus.
