Job Title: Jira Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Jira Service Management projects (incidents, problems, change requests).
  • Automate processes and monitor performance for optimal operations.
  • Administer Jira Software for Agile project management (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for project tracking.
  • Set up permissions, organize content, and develop templates in Confluence.
  • Link Confluence with Jira for seamless collaboration on projects and tasks.
  • Create custom workflows, fields, and issue types across Jira platforms.
  • Ensure security best practices, compliance, and data integrity across platforms.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize platform use and performance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience with customising workflows, dashboards, and project templates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus.
