About Epos Now: We are a global leader in cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) solutions, revolutionizing the way businesses in retail and hospitality manage operations. To support our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Director to drive our indirect sales channels across the EMEA region.
The Opportunity: As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the EMEA Partnerships P&L, ensuring financial targets are met. You will lead and manage Business Development Managers to achieve revenue goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies and drive product placement through reseller networks.
- Negotiate and manage reseller contracts, working within a set commercial framework.
- Implement onboarding processes for new partners to maximize business potential.
Key Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of financial management and contract negotiation.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
