About the Opportunity
As a Faith and Wellbeing Lead at MHA, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of older people. Our care homes provide a supportive and inclusive environment where residents can thrive. We are looking for someone who is passionate about spirituality and has experience of leading services. You will work closely with local faith communities to ensure that the spiritual needs of our residents are met. A significant proportion of our residents participate in regular Christian worship, so it is essential that you are able to lead these services. As a committed employer, we value equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and offer a range of benefits to our staff.

Job Description
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata for part time).

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of providing pastoral care and leading services. You should be able to build good working relationships with local faith communities and lead Christian worship. An empathetic understanding of spiritual aspects of ageing and dementia is essential. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about spirituality and have experience of working in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
