Job Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Care Companion Specialist to join our team in Cheltenham. As a care companion, you will play a vital role in supporting adults in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
  • Help with medication management and provide medical support as needed
  • Facilitate social interaction and engagement with clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle

Salary Estimate: Based on the location and requirements, we estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum.
