Machine Learning Algorithm Developer, Amazon Ads

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Algorithm Developer to join our team in developing ML-based approaches for measuring ad impact. This role involves designing, launching, and evolving software that computes estimated impact of Amazon ads.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with our top-notch team of scientists and economists to invent, build, and try ML-based approaches. You will also help define how we compute estimates and ensure their accuracy.
- Work with data to understand advertiser needs and develop efficient ways of handling it.
- Closely partner with the science team on all aspects, from featurization to training to estimating.
- Write code in languages like Scala, Java, or Python.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of design or architecture experience, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
