Data Science and Engineering Lead

Amazon is seeking an experienced Data Science and Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of ML-based measurement solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and deploy ML models that estimate the impact of Amazon ads
  • Collaborating with our science team to design and implement experiments that measure the effectiveness of our ML-based measurement solutions
  • Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines to support our ML-based measurement efforts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in data science and engineering, with a focus on ML-based measurement solutions
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in computer science or a related field
Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS
Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year
