We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to proactively engage clients throughout their lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular virtual meetings and communication
- Drive client retention and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify sales opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
- Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects to improve client experience and drive business results
Requirements
- Senior level experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to lead client meetings and drive results
- Ability to ask thought-provoking questions and develop solutions to meet client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
