We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our Integrated Mental Health team at HMP Preston, a category B Prison located in Lancashire. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing our psychological therapies service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT)
  • Conduct psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations
  • Deliver psychological interventions to cases of complexity
  • Develop and oversee 1:1 and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme
  • Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff as required
  • Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate
