Job Title: Clinical Psychologist for Complex Needs
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to support children and young people aged 9-18 with complex, multifaceted needs.
- Assess, formulate, and deliver therapeutic interventions for young people with SEN, SEMH, and neurodevelopmental needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to supporting each child's needs.
- Lead and train staff, supporting clinically informed practices within educational and care environments.
- Champion the best possible outcomes for young people, fostering environments that enhance their well-being and personal development.
About You:
- Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist with HCPC registration.
- Proven experience working with children and young people with complex trauma and sensory processing challenges.
- Confident, engaging, and effective leader who inspires and guides staff.
- Highly organised and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
