Assistant Retail Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Retail Director to join our client's team. As an Assistant Retail Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Director in the overall management of the retail business and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Support the Retail Director in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage a team of retail staff to ensure that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a retail management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- A competitive salary of £60,000-£90,000 per annum.
