Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatments to guests, ensuring a personalized and relaxing experience.
- Meet and greet guests on arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Complete client consultation cards and gather information to ensure accurate treatment delivery.
- Guide guests through the customer journey, explaining treatments and products.
- Discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance guests' experiences.
- Liaise with receptionists to ensure accurate billing and seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Qualifications and experience in a spa or wellness environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
