Main Duties

  • Offering a range of technical face and body treatments during shifts
  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
  • Completing client consultation cards and information
  • Taking clients through the customer journey
  • Explaining treatments to be performed
  • Ensuring treatments meet client requirements
  • Discussing retail products and beauty regimes to enhance the guest experience
  • Offering refreshments on conclusion of treatments
  • Liaising with Receptionists to ensure correct billing
