Espa Specialist

This award winning Day Spa/Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join their fantastic team as their in house ESPA specialist.

Alongside the Essential Skills and Benefits below, the ESPA specialist will require 3 years' experience working with ESPA.

Full training will be given for the role.

As the ESPA Specialist you will,
- Help onboard new team members
- Be the salon Ambassador, championing everything ESPA
- Offer refresher training
- Have access to learning manuals, quizzes to support your teams learning experience
- Be up to date with the latest ESPA offers and treatments
- Plus much more.

**Essential Skills;**
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Therapist must have at least 2 years in salon experience and love treatments.
- Experience in advanced waxing (Brazilian/Hollywood) preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Motivated and passionate
- Have great retail ability or willing to learn product retail.
