The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a passion for wellness. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of treatments, including massage, and will be knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to ensuring that every guest's visit to the Spa is one to remember.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of treatments, including massage, to the highest standard
  • Consult with clients to understand their personal needs and preferences
  • Deliver high-quality, exceptional treatments that meet the needs of each client
  • Support the Spa Manager to maximise revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified and have ESPA training and experience. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and on an as-required basis.
