About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of NPD to join our team at d r newitt recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and services that meet the needs of our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Market Fit: Utilize market research, data analysis, and insights from industry partners to identify opportunities for growth and develop products that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Product Manufacturing: Oversee the production process to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a product development or innovation role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
