About the Role

Craft Gin Club is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Head of New Product Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products that meet our sales objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Market Fit: Utilize market research, data analysis, and collaboration with distillers and retailer partners to identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Product Design: Oversee the design of new products, including contents, look and feel, materials, style, and ingredients.
  • Product Manufacturing: Ensure the successful production of new products, from design to manufacturing, and handover to the Supply Chain and Fulfillment Team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, leading a department in a fast-paced business.
  • Experience within the Food and Beverage industry, particularly in the alcohol sector, would be highly advantageous.
  • Highly innovative and able to generate new product ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to own a spreadsheet and cost products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas confidently and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
