About This Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Leader and Project Manager to oversee the relocation of our Head Office space in London. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leading organisations through significant cultural change, driving business readiness activities, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of office relocation, sale of London property, and associated cultural change, minimising disruption, costs, and maximising investment.
  • Leading on the positive cultural change process, partnering with cross-functional teams to support the change of moving to a new way of working across the charity.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing a digital document management system and collaborative tools to promote effective hybrid working, engaging stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Developing and building positive working relationships to engage and influence all relevant stakeholders, ensuring appropriate involvement from across the organisation and externally as needed.
  • Project reporting up to Trustee level, providing assurance, managing, and influencing senior stakeholders, creating and presenting Board papers and project updates as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be a seasoned leader and project manager, able to navigate and influence in a dynamic environment. You'll have a Project Management certification or professional body membership and experience running projects including workplace strategy, significant cultural change, refurbishment, or relocation projects.

You'll be an exceptional communicator and influencer, able to tailor communication approaches and styles to build rapport and trust with colleagues and stakeholders, including at senior levels. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.

Our COO Directorate oversees internal operations, ensuring effective management and delivery of key functions. We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
