**Job Title:** Goods In Controller - Procurement Specialist
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Goods In Controller to join our team at the Stock Exchange Hotel. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Record all F&B wastage and inter-department transfers on Procure Wizard daily. Conduct weekly price checks on Procure Wizard to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
- Quality Control: Perform daily receipt and quality control checks on all deliveries, maintaining high standards for both food and non-food items. Ensure deliveries are promptly assigned to relevant departments and maintain clear fire exits.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Handle the processing of delivery notes, ensuring accurate matching with purchase orders. Upload all delivery notes onto Procure Wizard, including non-Procure Wizard orders.
- Financial Support: Assist the Finance Team in maintaining the Procure Wizard Accounting system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with the hotel team to address any inbound supply chain issues promptly. Work closely with the management team to implement effective processes and ensure adherence to health and safety legislation.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with the team and other departments.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated capacity for independent work and self-sufficiency.
- Physical Fitness: Reasonable level of physical fitness to sustain performance during prolonged periods of activity.
- Basic Proficiency: Basic proficiency in English and Mathematics.
