Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Behaviour & Learning Mentor to join their team at a specialist school in Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and be able to provide emotional support and guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting students during lessons and school activities
  2. Assisting staff and students during lunch and break times
  3. Developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students with SEND
  4. Providing emotional support and guidance to students
  5. Working with students with a range of SEND and mental health needs
  6. Delivering 1:1 and small group activities to support student learning
  7. Collecting and recording student progress and achievements
