The primary focus of this role is to drive significant revenue growth from existing key customers within the UK market. Key Accounts comprise organizations and revenue gained from the expansion of existing key accounts. The secondary focus is to manage the successful onboarding of new customers from proof of concept through to full adoption.

Account Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their adoption journey.
  • Manage clients within key accounts to discuss current deployment, aims, and objectives.
  • Monitor, refresh, or extend opportunities with existing customers.
  • Collate information on any additional or new requirements.
  • Arrange and attend meetings between all relevant customer stakeholders and the Key Account Director.

Sales Reporting

  • Forecast with accuracy on all opportunities within assigned territory.

Key Competencies of a Key Account Manager

Essential

  • Two years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and credibility at a strategic level.
  • Sales skills including objection handling, open questioning, closing, and deep account mapping.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
