As our Regional Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our retail relationships, overseeing Brand Ambassadors in stores, and driving Shark Ninja's retail strategy success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Foster channel relationships to achieve aligned targets
  • Collaborate with head office functions for operational efficiency
  • Expand brand and product presence within retailer teams across your region
  • Use data analytics to drive regional performance accountability
  • Analyse channel data to enhance portfolio success and shape regional retail strategy
  • Demonstrate return on investment with key metrics, aligning targets and communicating impact effectively
  • Oversee compliance through the field team
  • Deliver weekly communication and reports on commercials and performance
  • Use local and national market insights to drive best practices and gain competitive advantage
