Regional Relationship Manager

As our Regional Relationship Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our retail relationships, overseeing Brand Ambassadors in stores, and driving Shark Ninja's retail strategy success.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners
- Foster channel relationships to achieve aligned targets
- Collaborate with head office functions for operational efficiency
- Expand brand and product presence within retailer teams across your region
- Use data analytics to drive regional performance accountability
- Analyse channel data to enhance portfolio success and shape regional retail strategy
- Demonstrate return on investment with key metrics, aligning targets and communicating impact effectively
- Oversee compliance through the field team
- Deliver weekly communication and reports on commercials and performance
- Use local and national market insights to drive best practices and gain competitive advantage
- Competitive Salary: Up to £45,000 Per Annum
