Senior Regional Revenue Manager

Hilton Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management strategies across our EMEA Franchise hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Management Guidance: Provide expert revenue management guidance to our EMEA Franchise hotels, ensuring the implementation of effective strategies and tactics that meet customer needs while driving commercial goals.
  2. Brand Support: Collaborate with brand team members and RMCC Franchise leaders to develop and prioritize revenue-generating ideas, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and department strategic priorities.
  3. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to evaluate revenue forecasts, hotel business mix, and rate and inventory management strategy effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Managers, Management, and Ownership groups, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive revenue growth and optimize revenue management strategies.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS/bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in-lieu thereof)
  • Extensive related experience within Revenue Management
  • Proven experience in a regional and/or a management role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including PowerBI, and familiarity with OnQ R&I and GRO RMS
