Job Title: Regional Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Relationship Manager to join our team at Blue Square. As a Regional Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including key account management and relationship building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
