We are seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Taunton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy for clients with varying needs and abilities
