Job Opportunity: Floating Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a part-time Floating Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in North Somerset. This role involves working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and day-to-day household duties.
  • Supporting clients in accessing the local community, such as shopping, activities, and trips.
  • Providing support with any other daily routines our clients have.
Requirements:
  • Driving is essential for this role due to the work locations.
  • Enhanced rates are paid for NVQs.
