Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions for common mental health disorders
  • Provide clinical supervision to mental health nurses

Requirements
  • Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) registration as an occupational therapist or practitioner psychologist or Social Work England Registered Social Worker with Post-graduate training in accreditation in NICE recognised modality for common mental disorders
  • Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered Mental Health Nurse with Post-graduate training and accreditation in NICE recognised modality for common mental disorders
  • UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered psychotherapist with Post-graduate training and accreditation in NICE recognised modality for common mental disorders
  • Demonstrable experience of working as a graduate level professional in adult mental health
  • Experience of working in adult community mental health
  • Post-qualification training in clinical supervision
