Sales Order Coordinator

Thales is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Order Coordinator to join our Front Office and Digital Services Division in Cheadle, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage order fulfillment, including tracking and shipping
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth
- Monitor and report on order status, identifying and mitigating potential delays
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems
