Job Title: Sales Order Coordinator

Thales is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Order Coordinator to join our Front Office and Digital Services Division in Cheadle, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ensure accurate data capture and reporting for order management and shipping
  • Release repairs, spares, and manufactured items via our business system
  • Promote continuous improvement through LEAN processes
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
  • Oracle experience or equivalent ERP system
  • Manufacturing and MRP processes in a technology industry
  • Shipping/Export and Logistics knowledge desirable
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
