Job Title: Sales Order Coordinator

Thales is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Order Coordinator to join our Front Office and Digital Services Division in Cheadle, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage order fulfillment, including tracking and shipping
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on order status, identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems
