About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Order Coordinator to join our Front Office and Digital Services Division in Cheadle, UK. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service and support throughout the new build, spares, and repair cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer enquiries and manage effective proactive and reactive communications
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries of varying complexity
  • Ensure reporting systems are up-to-date and status movements are accurate
  • Maintain high levels of awareness and control on customer new build, spare, and repair programs
  • Develop relationships with internal and external customers to ensure high levels of service
Requirements
  • Experience of managing customers in a diverse international market
  • Oracle experience (or equivalent ERP system)
  • Understanding of shipping/export and logistics desirable but not essential
  • Commercial experience/awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail
