About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at 83zero. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our software development team to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions.
  • Work with our technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud security.
  • Develop and maintain our cloud security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improving our cloud security posture.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on DevSecOps.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and regulations, such as AWS Well-Architected Framework and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience with cloud security tools, such as AWS IAM, AWS CloudTrail, and AWS Config.
  • Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
