About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary
  • Deliver high-quality care to our residents, including personal support, meal times, and social activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of individual care plans, promoting resident well-being and independence.
Requirements
  • No stranger to working night shifts.
  • Able to engage well with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of people with Dementia.
  • Prior experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
